Why rss do not accept all redirection ?

Just look in this page for an exemple of redirection free domain (french one)
-http://japan-shin.new.fr/

like you can see if you use rss submit
tell you impossible
do not get rss link

and if you use and other one like
with redirection
-http://moourl.com

here it works ???
no trouble with rss submit

So you can tell me use only this one who work
and left the other
ok
but the first french one you can change meta tags
because i use it

the trouble can not submit in rss
so.............

what can i do please
