Some years ago I was active in facebook advertising, and once you hit your limit for several days, facebook gave you a bump... for example from $50 to $250 then $350 after that $500 and so on...

So getting to $1000 spending limit is not something impossible, Any campaign that converts can reach you to that spending limit in few weeks

But I dont get why some people are looking for several high spending facebook ads accounts

Can any body shed some light on this?

The thing is that ones buy it because they don't have time to wait. Other bcoz FB allows more stuff to be advertised if you have higher spending limits(not writen anywhere, but that's how it is) and some just want to take as much out of it before FB charges CC or, to say it as it is, VCC. Than they get ultra cheap advertising.

Hope that now you know why :)
