Why pages give better results than blogger or phpbb forums ?

    Why pages give better results than blogger or phpbb forums ?

    Not in all cisrcumstances. I see some high competition keywords wherein a forum page ranks higher than a web page.

    thanks for the info, look in google online casino noone of those phpbb forum, no blogger blogs so .......

    hhmm a good point you made. I think some times search engines for certain keywords they rank the main competitors or the main business.

    I know this looks misleading in the case of SEO. And i dont know how far it is true. For instance search for the keyword term "paranormal Activity".

    You will see the official site ranking first out of 18,700,000 competitors. At the same time with no backlinks they have reached a PR of 4 which is also a new domain.

    What do you guys think?
