Why must I wait 30 seconds before I report posts?

It feels discriminatory that newbie accounts like mine have to wait 30 seconds in between consecutive reports. There’s just so much BS in the lounge these days and I was hoping someone could make an exception for me and remove that limit so I can report these clowns.

we have all of our rules and rate limits in place for a reason. To stop abuse.

it doesn’t mean you are abusing the reporting system, but rules always have to cover all bases which means some sensible limits for everyone, in order to protect against the abuse of a few.
