Why more results with iframe and less with tinyurl ?

Hi to all,
Since a long time i use it get now proof google index iframe, so i use a psecial pages making it and ping. Get arround 9 visits since i have finish with that system.

When i use tinyurl and ping it there is no results and i never see a page using timy url indexed ? so what's the trouble please ?

why iframe is quicker better (look like)?

I also realized the same thing... I guess TinyUrl has something to do with this... Sometimes they're slow to re-direct to the actual links and get a time out... my 2cents
