why jeff bezos steps down from amazon? good news for amazon affiliate marketer?

The first thing that I don't understand that the guy who build a company for 2 decades with ass sweating hard work

and now he had to step-downs from his own company? why?

is he sold his company?
is he sold a big % of his share of his company?

second thing is that it's gonna be good news for all affiliate marketers out there?

It might increase the affiliate commission? what do you think?

Can you explain why you think this?
Do you think Bezos had anything to do with the affiliate cut? It was only natural this was going to happen eventually.
Many people still using Amazon Associates so why would they have any incentives to raise the commission?
I have zero faith they will ever raise commissions again.

running for the president candidates in united states is not a easy things, I think he took wrong decision

I would agree many things could happen not trying to be dick but I really can' t see Amazon increasing the Affiliate since they already make big money.

If my knowledge is right here is why I don't think would happen in the past before Amazon were as big as now Affilates would have done amazing or fantastic things to increase their sales so many them so many millions now idea how much meaning in theory they don't need other people as promoter much anymore.

For example when I want to buy something the three main places I go to be Ebay,Amazon or myshop for general things meaning I will probably use them whatever happens overall whenever someone tells me to or not overall I am fairly sure many other people do the same even Amazon TV sort of service that alone keeps people going back.

If another big competitor came into the market for example purposes let's call them ecommercemaster.com if that happens they start stealing or taking Amazon sales that force Amazon to give more money to Affiliates but not if not can't see it happening overall.

True but the last billionaire who tried succeeded... And this one has 100x as much money as the last. So I wouldn't say all bets are off just yet.

Amazon is the big dog in SERP for buyer intent searches
Google does all the favor.
They no longer need us.
