I said SEO can be free (money). And it can be free. When you're broke and you have no money, you probably have time. You can use that time to build backlinks and to learn and do on-page SEO and all these things. It's not free for your time, but it is free for your money.
While SEA or paid SEO or whatever you wanna call it, it's not free. No money no music here.
