Ok so I am completely baffled. I am trying to visit a website, I guess its not a big deal (and might help) to mention the site. its just vistaprint.com

I cant seem to get it to load whatsoever. on IE i get a 404 error even though the site clearly works. I went into IE privacy settings etc and the site is not on any block lists. I used a proxy and everything, still wont connect. Tried using the IP. the site loads on my phone so I now know its just my PC.

Anyone have any clue how to fix this? Virus maybe?

Are you reaching their mobile redirect site? If so their main site may be down but your
mobile still redirects you to the mobile site. Try from a different pc on a different ip.

    I have mentioned:
tried multiple times (refresh, different browsers etc)
    tried proxies

I know it works the full site on my phone. I sadly dont have another working computer in my house right now.

any ideas how to resolve the actual issue though?we established the site works

I tried in chrome, FF and IE and it doesnt work anywhere. So smething higher up if some setting on my PC like firewall or hosts file or osmething i dunno (i never changed anything). I use windows firewall. I dont get why te heck vistaprints would be blocked its not a threatening website to a hacker or anything, id understand a anti virus site.

Working fine for me; therefore you do indeed have something wrong. Best of luck
