Why is my ip banned from my web hosting?

For some reason, I cant access my sites from my own ip, but can using proxies and from friends. How weird is that!! I use hsotgator. I can access my c panel though
 
probably got caught in the firewall for multiple accesses. Contact support and let them know your ip and ask them to remove you from it.
 
Thats a wierd one.. I'd just jump on chat with them and tell then to sort out their shit.. plu give you a free months hosting for screwing you around..
 
It happens to me every now and then. Usually when I have too many cpanels open in the same window. Sometimes the passwords for one overrides a different tab and it looks like an attempted hack, especially after a few tries. I usually have to start a chat and have them remove me from the IP Deny. I think the last time they put me on some kind of IP Allow list because it hasn't happened in a couple of months now.
 
Yeah, I've caused myself to be blocked out of my own servers many times by triggering Brute or other monitoring filters doing something silly... it happens.
 
It might be a routing problem. Try tracerouting your domain and see which hop is causing problems.
