Very very relatable

I honestly believe it’s because we’ve begun using our bed rooms for all kinds of purposes other than sleeping. Like working, texting, watching Netflix etc. We all need dedicated spaces for different purposes. A bedroom for sleeping (and having sex ofc), a library for studying, an office for working, a gym for working out etc. I’ve been doing this for a while and it has helped me be my best in each of those aspects.

Because people mostly lay down on the couch because they are tired, but they go to bed because they have to or force themselves to do it
But I never forced myself to go to the bed at sharp 9:00 pm or I will cut my 3 fingers.

I think there is an expectation when you try to fall asleep when you are on your bed and when it comes to the couch, you are much more relaxed.
I agree with what @Yes said as we use our computers and work from the bedroom sometimes. Maybe the key is to make designated areas of your place; the bed is for sleep, the couch is for entertaining people and relaxing, etc.

I hate being tired, then u go to bed and cant sleep. U just want to get back online as ideas come but u are still tired, yet no sleep for another hour even as u try.

Because of the way the coach speaks to you (tone, words, and other different tricks). It may be also due to the room design. And, maybe the most important, once you're there, you got rid of a good amount of stress and you're more relaxed.

Drag the couch into your bedroom

Ahaha ...good one

In my case, I have a problem with the heat and I only have AC in the living room where the couch is...and the tv is there too ... so is better on the couch :)

I've been deathly sick for several days. I can't even take a piss without being desperately out of breath. I can say for sure that it's been easy for me to fall asleep everywhere in the house I've closed my eyes for even a moment. I almost fell asleep on my keyboard because my blink took too long. But as soon as i try to lay down and go to bed, I start to hyperventilate and panic. I hate being sick.
