Why is Google Docs Document De-Indexed ?

So about 1.5 months back I created a Google docs document and sent some backlinks to it, I think ahrefs lists a few hundred found for it. Anyway, after about 2 weeks maybe the page became de-indexed from Google I noticed, I thought it was nothing at first and just sent the page to be indexed again, but it has never been listed on Google again when I search the URL. I can't really figure out what is wrong, I never got a email or anything from Google about something being wrong. Is there anyway in my Google account or Google docs account to see where something might be wrong, or do you guys know anything about why this might be happening ?
