Why is Facebook increasingly restricting interaction on personal posts and fan pages?

Try changing the content; don just delete a single piece of content. Doing so will bore customers and make them not want to view it anymore. Follow the advice of others and apply it to your accoun

Facebook's algorithm has evolved to prioritize content that generates meaningful engagement, especially videos and posts from friends, so many pages have seen lower organic reach. Consistently posting valuable content, encouraging genuine interactions, and diversifying traffic sources are generally more effective than relying solely on Facebook's organic reach.

Lately, I've noticed a significant drop in Facebook engagement, even though the content I post remains the same. Both personal posts and fan pages are getting fewer views, likes, and comments. This makes me wonder: Is Facebook intentionally "suppressing engagement"? Or has Facebook's algorithm changed, prioritizing other content types like short videos or ads? If so, will ordinary content creators still have a chance to reach a large audience, or will they be forced to run ads to get engagement?
They want to make money that's why they push "suggested for you" content more.

Facebook throttling engagement is a widespread issue; stricter policies and AI-driven moderation have made it difficult for advertisers to operate without restrictions.

I think its more about algorithm changes than intentional suppression Facebook now favors content that generates meaningful engagement especially short form videos and posts that keep users on the platform.

It seems like Fb has changed its approach, it's not just you. I think it would be better if you stopped posting for a short while, then came back with fresher and more interesting content.
