I uploaded 300 articles with unique and quality pictures on pinterest last winter and I worked hard and hard but I'm only getting around 2000 impressions a month.. I see people getting 1 million impressions a month on their first month or second, and i spent more than 8 months and got nothing. How do you guys start pinterest and get millions of impressions after a few weeks or months?

(my niche is weight loss related niche)

I am also stuck in this same rack !
I am with you
pinterest is all about ''luck'' nothing else.. it doesn't matter how good the content is, it's all about going viral and you don't go viral by publishing content with good quality.. im so sick of seeing 1-2 months old accounts getting millions of impressions a month. I'm also working hard but im not getting anything.

Honestly it will be difficult to answer without seeing your profile.

1. Your niche is too much saturated. There are already trillions of weight loss pins fighting out there for views. So the competition is really tough.

2. What is the size of the Pins you are posting? Are you following standard size guides for Pins? (Vertical pins?)

3. Are you optimizing with hashtags and keyword rich descriptions and titles?

4. Is your content a good mix of videos + images pins?

5. Do you comment on other people's pins?

6. Do you follow other people?

7. How many group boards you are part of?

If you can answer these questions, people in BHW can help you finding solution.

I'm not sure that everyone become successful. I have tried with health niches too, Same thing happened with me. After consuming a lots of effort stopped it.

People who joined Pinterest around 2020 made the most of it. Pinterest, like any other platform, has become more difficult with time, and this is true across all niches.

Pintrest is incredibly niche dependent. You don't want to fight in a saturated niche but you also won't get far in a niche that doesn't appeal to their audience. Unless you live in between those two IMO it is better to spend your time on other platforms capitalizing on where you are already finding better results.

Make people share your pins. Use microworkers to do so. You will see a boost in your traffic.

I have tried to use Microworkers, there was no much positive effect.
Well I did this two years back and it worked. That method must be dead now. I left Pinterest because then I started getting good traffic from Google.

From what I understand Pinterest isn't what it used to be anymore, a couple years ago I remember seeing posts here showing how to make easy money with it. Now it's very different.

Maybe your account was Shadowbanned?

Maybe because they started to cut free traffic more then 2 years and half ago?

Competition on Pinterest has become very tough. does not allow free traffic as before

What makes Pinterest successful?
Pinterest is a unique platform with an equally unique business model that
differentiates it from other photo-sharing websites. Rather than having
users share photos directly with friends, users instead curate personal
pinboards of existing photos uploaded by friends, strangers,
and even companies
.
