I changed my account info within GoDaddy, however whois websites still show my full name. That makes me very uncomfortable...
I have 2 black hat sites, if someone want to sue my a*s, he will contact GoDaddy and get my info anyway.

So should I take a whois protection and why?

you can get whois protection but this will only hide your info from normal users. But If a government or as you say, someone wants to sue you, they will get it whether you have whois protection or not.

Yeah, that's the point. Then, should I use whoise protection from "normal" users, and why?

If you don't want spam emails from blackhatters that is or don't
want other people on internet to know you own that site!
You know right those different deals you get, website offers
even if you haven't put your contact info on your site.

If you are operating a website so illegal you are afraid someone can view your whois info then a quick warrant or
subpoena would force GoDaddy to hand over your info anyway. So sign up to an offshore web host with fake details.

First reason i can think of is that your email box will be spammed. if you have a few bucks to waste, then i suggest you to use whois protection
