After my initial success with Ethereum I decided to look for the next big thing and have concluded that investing $10'000 into PIVX might be a good idea due to several reasons. After doing research on PIVX I decided it could provide a good return due to several reasons: It is a fork of DASH, but with dramatic improvements. And DASH has proven its worth by being listed a few days ago on Kraken.com, one of the biggest exchanges that lists only reputable coins with a solid dev team and technology. Unlike DASH PIVX was not instamined. Many people are kind of put off by the instamine which happened with DASH. PIVX is clean in this matter and not a scam coin. Unlike DASH in PIVX you can profit by running a stake and getting rewarded for helping the network. In DASH you can only do this if you run a masternode. In PIVX the maternode costs 10k PIVS to run, but you can easily stake with smaller amounts. I already earned PIVS in the first few days just by staking (having the node run in background). It does not interfere with my work and makes money while I sleep. PIVX transactions are instant just like DASH. Test it out if you don't believe me. $78,115,889 is the current market cap. For DASH it is $502,826,731. So we see the potential of doubling, tripling and quadrupling right there. PIVX has a very active community on their Slack and good marketing. There are tons of youtube videos talking about PIVX already, so it definitely has the social game down. PIVX has all of this and it hasn't been even added on Poloniex yet. All solid coins that get added to Poloniex quickly increase in value, so right now it is just a matter of time. The support is quite responsive on their slack channel and listen to ideas in terms of promotion, marketing and adoption. The development team is large and active. The design, style and color scheme of PIVX is appealing and nice. They have good videos, good marketing and the technology allows mass adoption by supporting a large VISA scale network of rapid transactions (PIVX lives up to its name Private-Instant-Verified-Transactions). Will see how this works out. As a currency, it is perfect. Rewards for all people involved into staking (running nodes) is a great idea for money not to be centralised a And remember - don't invest more than you are willing to lose. Right now cryptos are in a bull market, but that might as easily reverse. I think holding long term is the best idea. To clarify, PIVX is one of the many coins I have invested in. Diversification is the key when comes to potential crypto profits. For example, I hold both DASH and PIVX. They are both good, but I think PIVX is better with more potential to grow hundredfold. An investment of $1000 can easily turn into $100'000 by holding in long term (~5 years or so).
