Why I can't send PMs

I can't send them, delete or anything else. I open new PM to read it and when I get back to Inbox, it's unread again. When I want to send it, I click the Send button, but it doesn't appear in Sent Items. No errors, no notifications... Anyone else experiencing anything similar?
