Disable Javascript. Make sure you clear all cookies, including your flash ones, and then try again. Also if you'll be working with it by hand, make sure the date/time zone settings on your computer match that of your proxy.

I didn't install JavaScript as far as I remember ad I use google chrome... I use CCleaner, atfcleaner and FlashCookiesViews, Any other thing/software do I need?

The time ad the date match but I don't guess it can do any thing if even does not match!
Can it be something related to the purchased IP's?

You don't install javascript, it's a scripting language inserted into HTML which is then executed by the browser (If it allows). It's normally enabled by default.

With regards to the IP issues, you might want to use a service similar to below to determine if your proxy is 'leaking' or not
Code:
http://www.iprivacytools.com/proxy-checker-anonymity-test/

Also when you insert the proxy into the browser, make sure you check the box that says "Use this proxy server for all protocols". If you don't, the reason it leaked through is because you didn't have the proxy being used for SSL traffic (i.e. https://www.google.com).

as the guy above me said, You haven't checked "Use this proxy server for all protocols" When inserting the proxy in internet settings.
