Cause Google didn't index your website completely yet.

Your new tags have to be crawled before you can be reindexed.

Google may thinks that your title is more relevant now.

Check its cache date. If it's BEFORE you replaced it then you just need to have your site re-indexed / re-crawled.

I bought an expiring domain and it shows my title for a search in my niche but if i search for the old domain name, i get the old title with the new description and the cache is the new site... it's weird
