Why Football highlights Channels are not getting demonetized ?

I wanna know how they are bypassing the content id.

I wanna know were they get the footage :suspicious:
The footage is simple to get. There is footage everywhere, footage over here, foogate over there, footage everywhere.

I wanna know were they get the footage :suspicious:
I knew a massive forum like blackhatworld specialized in sports events , it had members uploading full matches in all qualities & different commentators ... some free and some with simple amount of money like 1 or 5 $.
I used it years ago i can not remember its name :(

They are getting millions of views daily & monthly posting old & classic highlights " i know how they edit to bypass content id " , Is there a trick or something we are missing so YouTube is letting them stay monetized ?!

If its as big a blackhatworld it should be easily found with a few clever searches right?

I guess just luck at not being picked up by the algorithm as reused content because their edits make it unique enough somehow and not getting manually reviewed. That's if they really are monetized and not copyright claiming audio or video.

I would say they are claiming "fair use". https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/copyright/#fair-use

OK let me rephrase my response... These YouTube channels may be claiming that they are using the footage as "Fair Use".
Which on YouTube is allowed.

This means, and I quote from YouTube's copyright rules and policies, "Fair use is a US law that allows the reuse of copyright-protected material under certain circumstances without getting permission from the copyright owner. However, fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis, and different countries have different rules about when it's acceptable to use material without the copyright owner's permission. In the US, works of commentary, criticism, research, teaching or news reporting might be considered fair use, but it can depend on the situation."

So it might be possible that some YT channels are using this law to post videos.

But contentid can't detect fair use
You have to claim fair use on an appeal or in a counter claim. Counter claims are very rarely answered because the original claimant has to show proof of a litigation to YT within (I think 14 days). Not only that, the litigation must be filed in YouTube's jurisdiction, which is in San Francisco. If that doesn't happen within 10 days, then your video goes back up and any strike on your channel goes away. You should Google appeals and counter claims on YT. I may be misquoting the time periods.

OK, I'm on a roll... when to use a counter claim and not. Let's say some claimant struck done your video and now you have a strike. You may think you have a right to post it for whatever reason. 1st - DO NOT DELETE THE VIIDEO - it's not going to take away the strike. 2nd - if they filed a DMCA on you YT will send you an email with their contact info... if you can contact them by email and ask them to please retract the claim (be polite) tell them you will delete the video after the claim has been retracted. Or maybe they made a mistake, again be polite. 3rd - Go to guns - File a counter claim. This is a legal document notifying the claimant that he must take you to court (Google counter claim of DMCA). As I said before, the large majority of counter claims go unanswered. Meet intimidation with intimidation. Who TF wants to go to court over a stupid YT video?

Most of these channels don't make money from adsense. The videos get claimed by sports networks either automatically or manually. The revenue generated goes to them eventually.
If you're seeing ads, don't think the channel is not demonetized because YT now runs ads on all videos and they keep the revenue in case a video was not claimed by a media house.

Seems a lot of uploading for nothing. I wouldn't do it.

All those channels are monetized. I just checked. Can someone explain how to get this videos ? and why the uploaders choose specific dates and year ?
