Most of the traffic are from tier-1 Country US , UK but still why ? Is the reason that i am asian. Did google do partiality between users. What should i do to increase the my cpc... Please help guys..
I think this link will help you, http://www.shoutmeloud.com/opinion-why-google-adsense-india-has-such-low-cpc.html
Yes i know that but they are the advertiser paying when a indian user clicks on add but in my case US peoples are clicking on add no asian traffic is there..
That's strange - I've never heard of lesser payouts due to YOUR location. I thought it only mattered where the clicks were coming from.
If you are living in Antarctica, but your website's visitors come from the US, you will have high CPC rate. Open your Google Analytics and look for keyword phrases. Chances are, you will find there long tail keywords. They are not $1+ CPC. I think, this is the answer.
i think you are expecting 100$ from 86 clicks mate your cpc is low thats why you are getting low earning also not use too many ads on same page and also put adsense near contents
Yes of course i thought that i will get atleast 1$ per click . How can i improve my earning ? Did bounce rate plays any role on per click calculation... I know 33% of cpc is taken by google... I am getting maximum $0.67 after 5 click... So bad
Many factors as of why you would get a low CPC. the indication in webmaster tool can be widely inaccurate because it's a general information, and can be easily manipulated. Someone throwing $30/day on Adwords and bidding $30/CPC won't mean that you'll get paid $30 for a click. The cost for the advertiser will be a little bit more than the second best bidder. Which mean you'll get 70% of that at the end. Let me throw you an example real quick: Keyword: Car for sale Advertiser1: Budget: $30/day Max CPC: $30 Advertiser2: Budget: $300/day - Do not show on the partner network (yes, advertiser can choose that). Max CPC: $4 Advertiser3: Budget: $30/day Max CPC: $3 Advertiser4: Budget: $300/day Max CPC: $1 Advertiser5: Budget: $300/day Max CPC: $0.10 In that case, you'll get from Adwords a $30 CPC. Which in the end is misleading because: 1/ The max cost per click an Advertise will pay is the second highest bidder + a little something. In this case $3 + few cents (not that the second advertiser do not push his ads on the network, only in google search). 2/ Advertiser1 will only pay for about 10 clicks until his budget runs out. Which means he isn't the biggest bidder anymore. Second advertiser that will pay for ads show on your site will be advertiser 3, and his bid will be about $1 + a few cents (from advertiser #4 bid). 3/ Advertiser 3's budget will run for less than 30 clicks. Then on the same previous model, you'll end up with about $0.11ct per click. Conclusion: We have an estimated CPC of $30, but after 40 clicks ($70 in revenues max), the CPC will drop to 11cts. And you're not the only one advertising for that keyword.
