Why don't the domain registrars let me use PayPal balance for the purchase? I tried GoDaddy, Namecheap, 1&1, they all ask for CC at check out or ask me to add a CC to my PayPal. How can I just pay them from my PayPal balance? My PayPal is fully verified with a VCC and a VBA.

I don't know. They don't let me pay from PayPal balance. Ask to me add a CC to my PP.

The thing is they need a CC connection so that they are sure that you are continual customer.

Namecheap would gladly accept PP funds even if you haven't added CC to your Paypal account. That is confirmed as I am using it that way.
