Why dont i get that much adsense ctr?

    I've only made 3$ from adsense..

    I've just turned 150 views a day (Its early in denmark, so todays view count aint that high ;) )

    Is it the theme ?

    Is it because the site is only a week old?

    or?


    Im still a newbie so dont flame me cuz of my Un'Wise'Ness' ;)

    Build backlinks for now and let it grow naturally.

    What plugins are you using to fetch the content?

    Okay. Im really not familiar with backlinking. What software/plugin would you recommend for it?

    I found Statpress to be VERY misleading when it comes to tracking visitors. It gives you inflated numbers.

    I rely on g00gle analytics instead. GA 's numbers may not stroke your ego like statpress but believe me the data is closer to the truth.

    My CTR varies from 2% to 1%. What I'm really more concerned about is how much my clicks are earning though.

    Your blog is still very young. I didn't see consistent results until mine were several weeks old.

    Blend the colors to your theme's colors, and make sure they are all text ads, not image/text ads.

    You should just use text and make sure they blend in with the background and the text !

    EDIT* Lol, it actually worked :p just got a couple of clicks after i changed it ;) Its a start! ) ;)

    Care to explain why text ads, and not img ads?
