Why doesn't youtube facilitate sponsorships for users?

After 100 emails to different youtube channels inquiring about a price to sponsor my site on their channel with like zero responses, it leaves me wondering why youtube hasn't implemented this?

A way for creators to receive sponsorship offers and they can take their own 30% cut or whatever it is. They're leaving A LOT of money off the table by not offering this...

The channels and the platform generate more money from ads, they do not need another way to generate income

Sponsorships = fewer ads running and less control for YouTube. They earn and spend billions optimizing their ad system.
They can have both and give more flexibility to creators. Creators are already doing sponsorships but youtube can expand that.

They don't want to give flexibility to creators. They want to make as much money as possible for their shareholders. It's a business and their business is very good. More flexibility for creators means that more will actively choose not to use their ads. The potential revenue is not worth the potential losses, and they could not remove it without angering too many people if they implemented it.

YouTube isn't made up of stupid people who just didn't think of this kind of thing. They have the brightest minds in the world working for them. If they haven't implemented something that can generate revenue, it's because they haven't solved the risks yet or it just doesn't generate enough revenue overall to make it worth anything to them.

quite simple. if its not in you tubes interest, or it does make them money
they have 0 reason to put any effort into it

It is a good suggestion and might be implemented by YouTube in future.
