I haven't seen this in the marketplace but I think it would be valuable, assuming the groups are relevant.

Let's say i have a link I want to push in the tech/gadget niche, the seller would then post my link in 5 relevant facebook groups from an active facebook account.

    Anyone selling this?

This is used a lot by all the white hat companies. Whit this I mean "serious companies". from tier 1 countries. For this there are a lot of agencies.
You have to search with the keyword "influencer", f.e. facebook influencer.

I actually have a lot of groups myself and friends we are selling facrbook groups/facdbook group posts
    Adding members
Related to niche and country desired...
Our clients mostly come from word of mouth
Too bored to make a service for it or sell it for someone else when we could post our products there

A hint: the ones that are ezperts in fb groups how to make them with thousands of active tier 1/2 countries targetes members fast then they clearly have some skills and brain... when they have brain why sell posts for someone's else product and not sell the product themselves? ;)
But in the future who knows i may add such a service in the marketplace after i become jr.VIP
