I don't see how you were expecting any of us to have the answer.

    Nonetheless, leechers

There are a lot of them.

Maybe just beginner coders working on projects? I can't think of any other reason.

I would submit a comment on the latest post asking the webmaster and see if you get a response.

There are a number of reasons someone might do this. The posts, from here, on that website are all indexed in Google. The fact there are no ads or external links leads me to believe this person is either testing software or getting the domain established with some free content. They will then 301 everything to the homepage and put a money site on that domain or use it as part of a PBN.

    Look at this Google search:

    https://www.google.com/#q=Hello,+my...nd+clean+backlinks+the+auction+domain&start=0

You will see there are five other domains pulling content from here. Contact one and ask them, and if you would, reply on this thread and let us know what you find out.

    Ah, the mini-Black Hat Worlds.

There were some a while back that were phishing sites that would copy Black Hat World's entire layout. One in particular was advanced enough to scrape the public side of the forum every hour, right down to the posts.

The site you linked to just looks like some dude's piss poor attempt at creating a blog. He didn't even bother getting any Whois for the domain.

Its actually not a bad strategy. Ive done it before with a forum that had terrible seo. the urls were like thread?=377372 and thats it. google didnt crawl. so i scraped the whole threads to a blog with the title actually in the url and was making good money even though the pages looked like complete shit. private forums even better...

IMO, even you dont rank for any keyword, it is duplicate content for google, they wont rank you for anything
it do not mean you try to rank with this content, then only it become duplicate content.

What do you call content that you duplicate from another site?

I've always heard that called duplicate content too.
