Why does this keep happening?

Why is YouTube letting big channels obviously get away with dodgy things, this is the 4th time this channel has been on my history watch list when I 100 percent have NOT watched any of that crap. Ive changed my pass every time. Even if I am dumb enough to be hacked or what ever is happening YouTube obviously knows these views are from people who are not choosing to watch.

You might have something malicious installed on your device, a standalone app, a browser extension or you gave permission to something, which does this.

see here if you have given permission to tv or any other device.
