Why does similarweb shows less traffic than analtics despite connecting to it

For one of my client site we connected analytics to similarweb and it shows very less traffic in comparison to anaytics. Why does this happen?

Usually the reason for difference in any service comparison is, each service has a different way of tracking it
in the end it's really up to you to chose a service and stick to it.
 
This is a very general problem with also most all the seo tools, Semrush and href is also not showing accurate traffic analysis as compare to your google analytics or search console.
 
Sometimes google or other crawler takes time to crawl and calculate the actual figure. so just wait until it completely crawl
 
I have found SimilarWeb's estimated monthly traffic accurate within 30% +/- so definitely utilize some other tools at the same time.
