    Hello,

I use namecheap hosting, I use number of domains from other providers

Now I bought domain from namecheap for the first time, added it to my cpanel, uploaded all files and website does not work

It loads www."domain".com and shows those namecheap parked ads
Non-www redirects to www, I've tried to htacces it other way around, it does not work

Does namecheap have some downtime till they set up new product or anything like that?

I've always had instant access to new domains with other registrars and I've never had a problem like this

    Any help?

Apparently the Dns servers weren't pointing to my hosting which is weird since both hosting and the domain are from the same registrar...

Oh well, 24 hours wasted till servers update now...

GOTO you domain settings and in the Nameserver settings change the Namecheap basic DNS to namecheap hosting DNS. It can take some time to propagate.

Contact namecheap and tell them about your problem. They should get back to you in no time. Typically it's a panel setting or error. Happens to a lot of people.

You have to configure DNS, also it usually takes a couple of hours for it to work, plus, is a good idea to delete your browser cache
