Why do you need an SSN for EPN?

When I registered, it never asked me for my social..

do they ask for it later on if you have money to cash out or something?

Did you register a US epn? You will need to enter SSN in order to get paid. You can register ssn etc as soon as you have access to the dashboard

what % do they withheld? I might get a canadian vpn and screw the taxes.

US made EPN accounts all require SSN. Other countries don't require a SSN.

If you're earning income through gaypal, I believe IRS will check those accounts for your income.

Just pay the taxes. The IRS are very good at catching people even if you have a Canadian account. The banks can flag people who transfer money. Anything over 5000 can be sent in the the IRS from banks. Just hope your tax money doesn't go to bailing out banks and people buying things they can't afford. Oh wait, it has.

You may be able to get a debit card though

to be completely legit and legal, I guess use turbo tax, or if your making a lot of money get an accountant. You can use anything you purchase computer wise as deductions for you business. Other than that not much way to get over on the gov. I would say if you make over 20k to get an accountant, they will save you more than the cost of the accountant.

An accountant can help you find ways to deduct and save money on taxes. That savings will more than pay for the cost of the accountant.
