Due to disputes/chargeback risk.
Also,PayPal doesn't like the business model of the SMM panels.They are very likely to close the accounts of such services.

That possibility is in any online business but all types of online business accept paypal from unknown clients.

We PayPal on our website until they limited it for unnecessary reasons. We were asked to provide proof of supplier. What does that happen to do with a YouTube view panel? PayPal is not good for SMM business.

Yeah but SMM is especially hated by paypal and the rest of them.
They could screw you for anything, especially digital services, but SMM is super high risk.
For years and years people cried on this forum about getting paypal bannes and having money frozen for 6 months, because they were selling SMM.
And those that really cried are the ones that didnt even get their money back after 6 months. Luckily, im not one of them, but they're out there
