I saw some people on BHW who want to sell their money sites, which are getting hundreds of $ per month. Why do they want to sell them when they bring so much passive income?

Might be sites that were grown using black hat techniques and therefore people do not wanna live with the risk and take the money. Again selling a site leaves you with a lot of money to invest in other ventures, so if you did it once, you most often can repeat your success or even grow bigger with more money to invest.

It always looks kinda suspicious to me when they say you get 300$ from adsense per month(doing nearly nothing!) and they want to sell it for 1 or 2k... So are those site a good investment or is it better to build your own sites from ground up?

A site that's making 300$ per month is worth 3-6k, depending on the links, niche and history it has. 1k for a site making 300$ is looking suspicious, because it's way too cheap.

Some people really want to build a site and earn money with it. Then they sell it for a good price with profit and build another one and the process continues for a long time. This shows that building sites to the earning level and sell them for a big price also the best business in the IM.

Some days ago I created a new wordpress site (my first money site) in a good niche I think. How often should I post new articles? Is it worth it to buy SEO packages?

Sometimes people just get bored with a niche / site and want to put money into something different.

Some people specifically make $$$ from building up businesses and selling them on for a nice profit. In that respect websites aren't that much different to any other type of tech startup.
