Why do people insist on buzz-sawing, jackhammering, etc at 8am??

Wouldn't the considerate thing be to do it in the afternoon? Or is that too inconvenient for you? Does the rest of the quiet neighborhood not raise a flag in your head that this isn't the best time of day to be making so much noise? Why are you so dumb/selfish?

I was in residential construction and would feel horrible at 6am knowing we were making more than enough noise to wake up the neighbors.

It is what it is, but even I still get pissed when I want to sleep in on Sunday and here comes "lawnmower guy" bright and early. Facepalm and it is only 7am lol :p
