Serious question... Why once you start doing you and making decent cash everyone thinks you owe them money? You let them borrow money before and they never pay up ($20 here and $20 there) and now when you owe them $40 they can't just let the shit slide but they have to bitch and complain till you give them their $40?

Fuck greedy people // [end rant]

Because they are lazy and it's easy to borrow and not pay it back than to work for it.

Nice avatar by the way :)

That is the thing... I didn't even borrow $40. I drank some liquor and now he expects me to pay for it when I have loaned him $20 here and there and never received it back. It really is a kind of fucked up situation but from now on I am going to have that "hide away money", money that they will never see.

Well techincally if he borrowed $20 twice from you and now you owe him $40 you're even.

To answer your first question, its a lot easier to use someone else's money than to use your own. Free always tastes better.

Family or no family, ditch um.
Don't even spend time on them.
Sounds to me that it's close family.
But i wouldn't associate with them

Well I know for a fact that its more than $40 that he owes me but he says he has always paid me which is a lie... but its whatever I gave him his $40 for him just to stop bitching and complaining. Sometimes its better just to pay it so there is silence.

Maybe he is too proud to admit he really needs the cash?

That is a negative... I just said I got my bills paid off at the 1st of the month instead of the middle of the month.

What really gets me is: how come whenever you get a larger one-time paycheck, some unexpected bill comes in and takes a big fast chunk of that money? It's been like this, without fail, for most of my life now.

Of course, that only means that I need to get my game up and make more money, which I am working on right now ;)
