Why did you Fail on your Tube Site?

Bottom line we are all here to make money. I have seen tons and tons of webmasters start one up and when you go to their sites they no longer exist. For someone who has had tube sites or site why did it fail?

Why would you start one anyways, when people can just go to YouTube? Terrible business plan.

To answer your question, most people would fail because they can't host the traffic. Videos use a boat load of bandwidth.
