Hi promote mimes links and change ip all the time (every 5 minuts)
and it works get more downloads visits

so why may someone tell me please why change ip look like the solution
search engine look for it if you change ip or visits from differents ip ????

Just a wild guess.
This could be about getting backlinks (mime links?)

Changing the IP and submitting links (to bookmarking sites) simulates different users thinking the link to the site is of value.
So they stay on those sites and your account isn't banned.

Perhaps this is what he/she (online we can never be sure) means.

And I also know what a slack, a cunt, a pr*ck, f**king...ooops of topic, sorry.
