    Hello,

Recently i had very bad costumers which i had to refund them in order to keep my reputation and level 2 status. Fiverr's support don't give a fuck about it, and many people want to get things for FREE, doesn't matter if it's okay or not.

I can't understand why are people so rude on fiverr?

Little note: I'm giving x3 times more stuff on things which they can't complain about (i'm not going to reveal what am i selling, seo stuff). The actual worth of the service is more then $30, and i'm giving them x3 (over deliver). Those assholes still wanna get the stuff for free.

I'm sure most of the sellers on fiverr will understand this. Can you share your opinion about this and what you'd done in similar situation? Are you just confirming the refund or taking risk of bad review?

A very little percentage of buyers on fiverr are 'a**ho*es', and such people are everywhere. You can't say only fiverr has such buyers, but I do feel that their support sucks, they refund the money without any prior notification to the seller.

I used to sell services on fiverr but now I feel that its too much work. There are some buyers who'll never be happy and I used to simply cancel such orders.

always try to give description about the gig to all buyers before you start on it
and send full report after order completed
and fiverr customer support are reliable you can get help in minutes

I got some cases of blackmailing for negative feedback in order to get freebies but as level 2 seller fiverr support is really fast and reliable for me. Contact them, they even delete the unfair negative feedbacks.

One thing i really dislike about Fiverr is because Fiverr?s revenue comes from commissions, but taking 20% right off the bat is unfair. Fourer would be a more accurate name for the website. After Fiverr has taken a piece of your earnings, PayPal takes one as well. If you were to cash out every time you received $4, you would be charged 2%, or $0.08 by PayPal. Bear in mind you can only withdraw after a ?safety clearance period of 14 days,? so if you?re in need of quick cash this shouldn?t be your go-to method.

That's just part of fiverr. There are loopholes for certain gigs that people exploit. I had a guy receive his gig then say he didn't want it. I gave him the money back no questions asked because it's just not worth getting mad over. There's nothing you can do.

I've had one like that... she wanted me to keep switching things and set things up like as if she was paying $500 and not $5 bucks. I cancelled the gig and told her to take a hike.

Here is my experience with fiverr buyers:

I provide video creation and in my gig description I wrote "FIRST: Contact me and tell me what exactly you want..." BUT surprise, some buyers first bought the gig and THEN tell me "Can you make this kind of video?" Of course the sample was a very professional video that cost hundred of dollars to buy it from a freelancer site. So they want a professional video for $5. Other buyers bought my gigs and after that they disappeared. No instructions, no nothing. I don't understand what is with these people?

I know a lot of people will disagree here, but stop giving away so much for free. Fiverr attracts cheap people, so you're not going to always have the best customers. Cheap people are generally more trouble than they are worth, so you really need to rethink your strategy.

There's no reason to overwork yourself for $5. Give them what they ordered, and only what they ordered. If you want to keep your customers happy (and maybe coming back), just offer them a bonus with their next order if they leave a positive review.

You should put some kind of disclaimer in your gigs. Tell people that they will be reported to Paypal if they request a refund after you've successfully completed their order. Other than that, I can't really think of any recourse that you might have.

You know, Fiverr kind of has that Paypal syndrome going on...

Fiverr clients are already dirt cheap because they come here for a almost free (5 bucks) services. Some just go too far and try to get if for free

I have only used fiverr a couple times a long time ago but I wouldn't agree with the statement that fiverr buyers are assholes. My second buyer from fiverr was for a gig related to graphic design. She ended up needing a website as well so I offered to make one for $90 per page, she agreed to 6 pages plus sent me two more clients for webdesign. Overall I made about 3k from that fiverr client, I never really returned to using fiverr because $5 just isn't enough for me.

Well yes, client is right when he has arguments. In cases like this it's obvious that he wanted for free :)

I also stand for the "client is always right" but when i know that i've done a tough job for someone who knew what exactly he bought from me and got x3 times more, i can't hold on my self.

However, it was a nice lesson for me. It was not worth over-delivering :)
