Hello, Recently i had very bad costumers which i had to refund them in order to keep my reputation and level 2 status. Fiverr's support don't give a fuck about it, and many people want to get things for FREE, doesn't matter if it's okay or not. I can't understand why are people so rude on fiverr? Little note: I'm giving x3 times more stuff on things which they can't complain about (i'm not going to reveal what am i selling, seo stuff). The actual worth of the service is more then $30, and i'm giving them x3 (over deliver). Those assholes still wanna get the stuff for free. I'm sure most of the sellers on fiverr will understand this. Can you share your opinion about this and what you'd done in similar situation? Are you just confirming the refund or taking risk of bad review?
