why blogger do not accept mimes xml ?

Hi to all,

Just try a test, i have tons of xml in mimes computers. So i try to send some in blogger, and here the trouble wait wait wait nothing.

When i send a blogger blog, it works that i have made never work so....

Look like trouble of xml cod here mine

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?>

so what's about blogger xml please? if you know it

Blogger is so special, hard work
