Why aren't the networks (CJ/SAS) counting my leads?

I'm looking for someone with experience with this and who could possibly help me.

I've joined both Commission Junction and ShareASale. I applied to a few of the advertiser/merchant programs and began promoting their products.

All the programs I applied to were lead based, so the user had to sign up for me to earn commission. In some cases it was $1 per sign up, and in others it was $6.

Okay, my problem is: I know for a FACT that people have signed up for the services I'm promoting through my affiliate links. I know this for a FACT. Yet, I'm not earning the money I've been promised (per the terms) in either my Commission Junction or ShareASale account. AND the people who signed up filled all the requirements for each program - they were based in the US, and they canceled before their credit card payments bounced.

This is so frustrating, because I put a lot of money and effort into promoting their products/services, but they aren't fairly counting all my leads. What can I do?

I know that ClickBank works for me without any trouble, but these ones - CJ/SAS - aren't working at all. Why? I've read in other threads/forums that people actually earn money on these networks... so is it just me who's unfortunate?

Does anybody have a solution. Has this happened to any of you?

That is going to be advertiser specific; not CJ specific.

CJ is usually a few hours behind in their reporting of statistics in your control panel for most of the advertisers that I use there but if there is a problem the one to really ask is the advertiser.

I do not know about SAS as I do not use them so can't address that for you.

Contact the advertiser from inside your CP on CJ and that will get you the correct answer and is the thing to do anyway so you build a relationship with them.
