Why aren't my web 2.0 links showing up when I check backlinks?

I check in google and they are both indexed.

I check the links on each of the pages and both the links work to go to my site but I look in backlink watch and they aren't showing up.

What's going on here?

Theres no way to check all your backlinks.

Try magestic seo they show more BL then yahoo.

I have to pay for that though to see the actual links don't I?

I find it a bit strange that it is both of my web 2.0 links that don't show up whereas many other links get through the link checker.

Try to use google webmaster tools

try checking with scrapebox index checker. If they are not indexed, blast them with some aa links with scrapebox, that should give you some juice and get them indexed. If you don't have SB, then go for the old fashioned way...load up google and search site:yourweb2.0.com

Like I said they do show up in google but the links aren't showing as backlinks in the checkers.

I want to make sure because these are my two buffers which I've been SB blasting all this week so I want to know my efforts are not being wasted.

The magestic checker told me I have 52 or something backlinks vs the others which say 31- but majestic wouldn't let me analyze WHAT backlinks I had .

Listen, if there indexed thats all you need to worry about, dont waste time obsessing over whether a certain tool or website is showing them as backlinks. If they are indexed, google knows about them and they count, end of story.

Not necessarily. The backlink might be screwed up.

It's not about gambling, but obsessing over tiny details like this are going to hinder your progress massively. In the time its taken you to make this thread, read the responses and write your own back, you could have gotten another 10 backlinks.

Here is a quick way to go with this, i am ssuming you have a web 2.0 linkwheel:

1. Gather all your linkwheel properties in a file
2. Import them into SB under the website field
3. Enter your main keywors under the name field
4. Load a list of 50k-60k autoapprove urls
5. Blast
6. Use the link checker to see how many are live after the blast (the radio button after trackbacks not the addon)
7. Export your found entries
8. Clear the harvester section and import your found links
9. Export as rss xml feed with not more than 30 links per feed
10. Upload the feeds to your server but not the site which you are promoting
11. Gather all feed adresses
12. Use rss submit tool to submit your feeds to aggregators
13. Ping your feeds
14. All links will be live in a matter of days, 4 maybe 5 days

Thanks that's useful since I was also wanting to know how to index some other backlinks from an xrumer blast, so I'll try this method on them too.

I just remembered (rather than the check indexed function) I can just use the 'checklinks' function in scrapebox can't I.

ok, so they both showed up as found in SB.

This has been a day well spent!

Back to blasting .
