hi,guys
right now, adsense limit my ads show,

adsense send me a email: the mainly reason is traffic quality
so ,

(1), i want to know how to solve this problem??
(2),which type of traffic source is consider good quality for adsense?can you introduce to me?

I don't understand really what is the problem with social media traffic. I use FB for like 6 years as traffic source on site with adsense. I think it might not be the source of traffic,it might be the placements of your ads. In a meaning that the ads might look like your video player button,next button and people mistake them for the actual content.So they click the ad than they push the back button. Do you have a clear - Advertisement - sign above your ads? Believe me - nothing wrong with social media traffic.

What you said makes no sense - why adsense/adwords would not allow you to purchase traffic and make more money in the same time?

This is from their support:

You can use groups,ads, pages etc - no problem there at all. The bounce rate is mostly high as i have viral style websites.Usually the new users they come,look at the video or article and leave.The returning users bounce rate however is around 5% .

I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as it's not bot traffic. This is happening to lots of people and it happened to me about a month ago(check google and you'll see many posts from the past few months).
It even happens to people who are sending organic traffic, not just social media/direct. My limitation was resolved after 2 weeks but I've heard of cases in which the ads never come back, I guess that depends on the quality of traffic coming to your site.
Right now I am setting up new adsense accounts incase any of my limited ones don't get resolved.

I make separate sites for each adsense account.

It depends how you are driving traffic to your site. If you're trying to rank it in Google then yeah, it will be a bit of work.
