I would like to ask for feedback regarding blocking the referral (no faking it) from people who are already doing it, and the responds they got from the networks first time they did it.

Are there any networks out there that haven't contacted you about it or didn't really mind?

They only mind if you take the piss. Keep profits low at first and build naturally.

    That sounds good.

Would they ask questions if conversion rate was only 1%-2% for a whole 24 hours day?

Ok, I've found a way to successfully fake the referral. Prob is I intend to drive anywhere from 100-130 hits a day and do only two conversions from that.

Won't my fake referral (blog that has a review on the offer) raise some questions on its ability to drive 100 visits to the same post everyday? I mean it can get some visits to the post daily, but not that much. I can fake it and make the referral several sites, but it'll be a real hassle.

That's why I was wondering if I can get away with the above conversion rate, only blocking the ref.
