I can't tell you which service provider to choose from as I'm not permitted to do so in the position I'm in. However, I can perhaps help guide you in the right direction.
- You can narrow your search down by determining what kind of links you want. Niche edits are popular right now and PBNs are also still quite popular. Some members sell these SEO packages that include a variety of web 2.0, social media, etc links. If you're interested in those, you can find them in the SEO - packages section.
- Steer clear of anyone claiming they have "white hat" or "100% safe" links. You won't find this in the sales graphics as we don't permit sellers to say that here as purchased links fall under "link schemes".
- Look for sellers who actively respond to their sales threads as well. Bonus points for a seller who professionally (i.e., without sarcasm or malice) handles negative reviews.
- If you want to narrow things down further, you can always look for reputable members of the forum. By reputable, I don't mean "has a high post count". Someone who demonstrates that they know what they're talking about outside of the marketplace. Or if you're just being lazy, check how many likes they've received.
- Mod reviews are also something else you can look at. These days, we usually comment on the service details and what the service will provide you with in depth.
