    Hey guys,

Is there anyway to hide the "Name Servers" of a website?

I am using the domain privacy for my domain names. When doing a WHOIS, everything is hidden except the Name Servers. That sucks because People can contact my webhoster and complain.

    J0kerz,

I think there are ways to hide your actual nameservers from the whois result, but I also think there are other tools someone could use to determine your nameservers if they were trying really hard to figure them out. Just FYI.

But I think you can cloak the NS's in your whois results by using an offsite DNS service - for example, dynds dot com.

yeah, don't think you could hide the name servers. you could probably ping them on any domain.

I dont think there are easy ways

There is one called private nameservers ... i think u can fake the real nameservers

But if someone watched thru ICANN ( if someone investigates with ICANN ) they can catch u ..

Maybe you cant cloak it but look at this:

    WHOIS RESULT:

This is a Whois result from a website. "kibumedia.com" isnt a real website, you cant contact the webhoster in any way. How can i do such things?

If they are landing on your domain, then they can get your ip. Even if you have a private whois and change your nameservers, they will still be able to find out the webhost just by having the ip. I don't think there's a way around that if you're having them land on your website.
