WhoIS have to Match Host Info?

Is there any reason to suggest that it would be a bad idea to have your domain whois registered to someone in say Canada, while your host info is linked to another alias/person in the USA. Then that domain is hosted on that host.

I signed up for a cheap host using a fake US address, forgeting that the domain im using was registered to a fake Canadian address. So they dont match. Different names, addresses and country altogether.

Host details should (and probably are) invisible for G.
