whois for domains by proxie

I am looking to find the whois info for a domain that was registered by a company called domainsbyproxydotcom. I read that all domains must have verifiable contact info listed. How can i find the whois and how can people get away without displaying their info.

If i'm not mistaking, it's a GoDaddy private registration. Meaning someone registered through GoDaddy (or affiliates) and chose the "private registration" option to keep their info out of the whois database. I can only guess that legal action can force them to caugh up the owner, if it is at all necessary. Hope this helps.

They will reveal the owner only in case of a court action, of any country.
