Who would you recommend for SEO service for POLISH blog?

Hello! I have a small niche blog in Polish that recently fall in SEO (a little bit), and I think it goes along with backlink loss (some were deleted simultaneously).

How much we've lost [Keywords]:

Who would you recommend to HELP me with the blog?
I am talking about backlinks mostly, but Polish backlinks would be the best (?).
I think that a personal approach would be great to have.

Also, since it's a small blog, the budget is low, so I can not afford big boys SEO company and probably not even a medium one.
Any good freelancer here who would work on that with me?

Or maybe there is something different I can do to help my website? All tips are appreciated!

Quality polish links would be hard to get unless you know some good seller or do target/outreach guest posts from genuine websites,
Links from English websites/PBNs can do the work and it's even better if you can get brand or naked anchor (it really depends on what page are you targeting here)

Look through Fiverr they might have the service you need, also not sure how much SEO companies in Poland charge, you could try them search google.

have you looked into getting press releases from local news papers? I am sure there are agencies within your local market that sell such services. only get press releases from sources where their IP is inside poland. let me know how it goes.
