So, I am having a debate with a buddy about who you would rather have in power.

    Person 1)
This person is a good politician but it ends there. In office this person quickly digresses to doing nothing. Other then making public appearances and a few speeches this person makes no effort to make changes or improve things. He is not corrupt, and does not use his power to up himself, but just collects his paycheck and warms a seat.

    Person 2)
This person is not a great politician. He avoids making speeches whenever possible. He is a little corrupt and uses his power to put priorities on improvements in his neighborhood and to improve his life in small ways. He however works all day at trying to improve the government and put an end to wasted money. He was able to cut spending by 30% in most palaces and make them work better then they did before.

My personal belief is person 2, since he ends up doing more good then evil, however my buddy believes it is person one because at least his is not corrupt.

Post your opinions below. Please nothing spamy...
Contribute or :cat3: <- not sure what that is... but do it.

There is nothing wrong with corruption, as long as there is a greater good involved.

It doesn't matter. In the long run, the natural outcome of bureaucracy is to collapse.

What folks do not understand is that they do not know how life works in the Orient...

Think about it never comment if you have not experienced it in real life...

Engage the brain to work that out...

I think everyone will say "2", so there's no point in opening this thread.

Come to think of it that's a very weak debate.
