Who try multi accounts rss submitter ?

Who has try to make promotion like that

1- i use a free acount and submit in rss get 126 real clics no downloads
If i submit SAME MESSAGES DIFFERENTS ACCOUNTS every day
(exemple 4 accounts and ping all day long)

Does it give it to me nore visits real downloads or nothing please (i repeat always same messages) please ?
