You need to give far more information to get a useful response.

For starters, what sort of website are you trying to promote, and whats your budget?

What you do for a churn and burn affiliate site is very different to waht you would do for an established ecommerce store that has nuilt a brand around high quality products.

What would you do for an established e-commerce store? What kind of links?

SEO is targeted to 3 concept...Brand Awareness, Sales and Leads conversion. You'd want to ask yourself what exactly you want so the SEO Marketer will be guided to give you the desired results.

My budget is around 300 dollars a month. The site sells Google PPC service. My goal is just to drive more leads through my website.

It's not an ecommerce store, I just want people to find me if they are searching for Google PPC services.

Want to target Sales and Lead Conversion.

Seo depends on your type of site and what your need is actually?

Recommending a seller isn't a good idea. Rather sort them by the number of likes and share your concerns with a few of the providers and see what they've to say.

PPC services are difficult because you're not particularly differentiated versus the other thousands of companies offering this.

First, I'd question whether you want to market your business using SEO. Depending on who your clients are, offline marketing might be easier (mail drops and cold calling). SEO is expensive and a long term game. $300 is not very much per month, and SEO is likely to take at 3 months to 6 months to see tangible results. Or use your PPC skills.

If you're dead set on SEO, then next I'd choose your battle ground carefully. Smaller markets are much easier to target. A keyword research service on here should give you ideas, or I presume you market via PPC anyway - so you can look at those keywords. Rather than selling PPC services to anyone, you'll be better off starting by marketing "PPC services for dentists in Ohio" - if the market exists and the competition is not strong.

You can do your on-page SEO yourself. There are loads of guides on how to do the basics. The 80/20 rule applies. You'll get most benefit from doing the basics right. Don't worry too much about advanced stuff.

Off-page is a decision between risk and cost. I'd start with foundation links. Don't use keywords in your anchor text. Then, either go via guest posts (on sites you've heard of) if you want to keep risk low, or build web 2.0s and then use PBN services to power those up. Don't use any seller on BHW who themes his/her service with super heroes or cartoon characters. Read reviews carefully and make sure they are from reputable members who know their stuff.

Whatever you do, don't expect to rank highly in no time. SEO takes a lot of time.

@Social God - I'd look at which products give the best profit and then try and promote those. I'd use web 2.0s (including video if possible) with high quality content to create reviews for the products that link back to my site. I'd then use good quality PBNs sparsely on the web 2.0s.

Just need clients who need help with Google advertisement.

I have heard really good things about him and just a few bad things about him. Don't know if I should just go with him or not.

hmm. Yeah I already spoke with a few and was wondering which providers people are usually going with nowdays.

Content for a blog page on my site right? Who do you recommend for links?

Thank you for putting your time to explain this to me. This was very helpful. I think the best route is to make cold calls and not to worry about too much SEO right now. If I did "PPC services for dentists in Ohio" My clients would all hate me because they are competing with CPC on each ad :p.

It was more of a joke. Not speaking badly of anyone though. Just do your due-diligence, there are many great sellers here. :)
