this stuff is getting out of control. does Texas really think it's going to stop teenagers from looking at porn by requiring age verification? what idiot thought this would work? You can buy rifle ammo without age verification in Texas. think about that. no age verification for rifle ammo, but god forbid someone wants to pleasure themselves for a few minutes.

However, people still get around the block by using VPNs.

I don't think these laws make much difference.
 
it's not about porn any more than states wanting folks to cough up govt ID to shitpost on social media is about protecting children.. i fear the "wild west" era of the internet many of us came up with will be a thing of the past in my lifetime :( have a great weekend BHW.

Yes because one thing politicians are well known for is their protection of children.

There isn't a single politician on the planet I would trust alone in a room with a child for ten minutes.
 
This won't work because not every adult site has to comply with a single state and those that do will simply have it for Texas residents.
 
Priorities are different in each country, 21st century and everything related to sex still a taboobecause people feel akward talking about it and be judge anyway a simple I'm over 18 never stopped us :cool::D:D:D
 
It's possible for some people with no family.
They are free and it's not important foe them.
